Seriously, I know nobody likes hearin their bein skimped, but that is what he's doing. Seeded bud should be a red flag right there. Seeded bud is no more than 70-120 an ounce where I'm from.

the only use for that "weed" is to make some edibles....smoking that is going to get you lung cancer before it gets you high.
