    i've heard people say to put natural yoghurt on a tampon ..

    how long do i need to do this for??

    Just soak a regular tampon in the yogurt and use as normal overnight.
    Repeat the procedure every night until your symptoms disappear.
    For the lips and vulva just apply the yogurt directly; a bit messy but effective.
