For those who are wondering, yes, breastfeeding as a man is possible though not all men can do it. What are your opinions on this? The idea of a "breastfeeding father" is strange and not generally accepted by society, but that's not to say it shouldn't be done. L_S
i've been mixed on whether this is an *urban myth* or truly real, the breast is after all a modified sweat gland, but on has to have milk ducts to produce milk. perhaps if the male had gyno-mastica then maybe? but if the dude was under developed, i don't think even milk producing herbs & hormones would stimulate milk production...i mean if the anatomy isn't there, it isn't there!
Well all males have the anatomy to do it, as they have milk ducts, which, as you said, are mostly underdeveloped. The correct stimulation would definitely help milk production (and unfortunately, also perhaps breast growth). L_S
However biologically difficult it would be to produce said conditions, it could be really nice to have two parents capable of breast feeding, mom could get a break from it, and if she needed to go somewhere by herself for a day, dad could still provide the ideal food for an infant. Dad would have to embrace the same health lifestyle as mom for optimal milk to be produced, and it might be a hard thing for him to recover from hormonally after all is said and done.
