What foods we all using?

Soil grow. Plain and simple baby bio 10.6-4.4-1.7 veg organic liquid seaweed veg/bloom. Fito cacti and succulents 4-7-7 early-mid bloom wilko liquid tomato feed 4-4-12 late bloom (rocket fuel). Know ya all gonna laught at the baby bio grow food but veg stage so short ya dont need anything else.

 

I've always found less to be more with 'plants', they seem quite sensitive to burning in my experience. I've just used a good soil mix then sulphate of potash when flowering begins.

 

this next round ill be trying out General Hydroponics 3 part (Micro, Grow, Bloom)......

for soil i always like to start with fox farm ocean forest as the base and add some fox farm peace of mind 5-5-5 dry fert............then i was just using fox farm big bloom and occasionally general hydroponics liquid kool bloom as needed.

 

i use the cheapest potting compost i can find and iguana grow n bloom i really under fertalize unless i see a defficency then i jack it up i did try biobizz bloom last run with canna pk13/14 but i found it left a fert taste in the smoke even after a 2 week flush plus i didnt see that bigger increase in bud or tricrome production.

 

I did used to use cheap multi purpose soil but found it just too inconsistent now only use J.Arthur Bowers soil base no2 straight for seeds but add blood fish and bone for potting on and cuttings.

 

15-30-15.. multi purpose soil, verm, perlite.. nuffin special.

I just done smoked a doobie entirely of side clipping leaf, no bud at all... very smooth yet zippy high..

 

if your looking for a decent bloom booster check out GH's Kool Bloom.........stuff works very well........i use the liquid but people running hydro swear by the powder...

organic fruit compost tea is great. Just remember good alkaline soil.

I definitely know that starting off 12/12 plants dont have the bud mass as their mature sisters..

 

Dont get surely acid or neutral soil?.


Alkaline equals high ph and mj cant up take as much food as it would in an acid soil.

 

I throw in coffee grounds? often times I toss in the egg shells.. and I make peat with old stick and stems with the blender add that to soils after I get lots. Waste not want not..

Bio-bizz all-mix and then you don`t really need anything for veg. I just give them superthrive at about 2 weeks and after any transplant. Sunleave`s Indonesian bat guano + BC boost for flowering.
