So I've been a vegetarian for 3 years, and its been a goal for me to eventually transition into being a vegan! Sooo with that said my friends, today is the day. My question is what are some easy to prepare meals for vegans and also! Are cinnamon hearts okay? I'm really paranoid about things since learning that gelatin contains animal bones and that's in jello. Anddd what are YOUR person views on eating honey. Knowing what we know about the cruelty honey bees face. Peace and love.
www.vegweb.com i love this site for recipes! maybe get a copy of a 'how to be vegan' book .. those "dummie" books are great for all the info you'll need.
Peanut noodles! are so fast and easy. I think they are good too. Just get some vegan noodles, peanut butter any sauce or anything you want to mix the peanut butter with and make some noodles. Its really good.
be sure and add loads of veggies to that. an awesome recipe board is theppk.com not great for beginners, and not friendly to repetitive newbie questions, but read and learn. you asked about honey. Personally, because of the option I have knowing the apiary and the beekeepers, I do eat local honey. I keep other sweeteners in rotation (and always agave, but that is also semi-local) and buy beet sugar when I find it.
