SO... In a shameless attempt to generate a bit more publicity for my (admittedly brilliant) novel, I've started up a blog full of wonderful, strange and often disturbing FREE content. If you like weird anarchic fantasy humour... you may well enjoy this. http://talltales.socksofwrath.co.uk/talltales/ It is set to be updated at least a few times each month, and it'll cost you nothing. So give it a whirl
I like the design, though you might consider putting the words 'tall,' 'tales,' 'short,' and 'stories' in the correct order in the header; it's a bit confusing as is. Though that was probably the intent, I think it would go better the other way. Just my shameless criticism of the design of a site you were plugging for its writing
lol ta, I'm probably not going to bugger with the header now, cos it took me ages to get it right meddling with coding I don't truly understand, and I don't want to break it now I've got the damned thing up But the input is appreciated anywho
So far as I know, once you put out a new thread, you can't change the thread title. Let me know if that's not correct. But I'd feel better if you just post some work here directly if you have something for us to read.
I think he was referring to the title of my blog, rather than my thread. I think posting them all here would somewhat defeat the purpose of having a blog with samples of my work on
I just read thru some of the pieces and they are an amusing different take on things we take for granted. Like the idea of lawyers running amok in horror film situations. Almost absurd as some of the actual legal cases that occur. Sometimes in sci-fi we forget the mundane realities. Like transporters and holodecks on Star Trek. In the real world those two items would be shut down by safety authorities because of all the mishaps that occur week after week.
