Favorite Book/Documentary on Animal Rights!?

    Yes....I am aware this isn't the "books" or "movies" section of our little community.

    But I wanted to center in on the influential role that books and movies have had in lifting the veil off of the food industry and helping some of us to make more ethical choices.

    So if films and books helped you in any way to make the choice to become a vegan/vegetarian; what did it for you?

    of those, only the Jungle, as a book, was out when I began my veg journey.
