It just has to be cheddar

 

I'm going to say Red Leicester just to be different

 

other: Appenzeller..... i can eat that like i eat cake

Also Mozzarella and Parmesan.

Theres so many cheeses, not only is it hard to pick a fav, there is way more cheeses than there is in the poll. Cheddar is one of my favs, not sure about fav.

 

That's my choosing also.

 

There's no better cheese than a proper mature farmhouse Cheddar, though unfortunately a lot of soapy pap is also sold under that name. I'm also partial to white Stilton, Wensleydale, Cheshire, Sage Derby, Taleggio, Double Gloucester among others.

 

I like brie, parmesan, hard goats cheese ( not that horrid white soft stuff that comes in a roll), camembert and mature irish cheddar. I just like cheese, normally I have a selection of at least 3 in the house.

I just bought a piece of Edam, haven't had that for ages.

 

This trend has inspired me to be more adventurous with cheese after all it is a wonderful thing
