I'm a 22 year old female with severe mid-back pain. I can't stand up for more than an hour without feeling debilitated. Work is hell. I've been to several chiropractors, and they have all told me that a mild irregularity in my low spine is causing the pain. After months of adjustment, though, the pain is still the same, if not worse.

I'm extremely healthy. I eat a balanced, low-inflammatory, vegetarian diet, do cardio, yoga, take necessary supplements, etc. But I'm wondering if there's something that I'm missing. Does anyone have experience with back pain and can throw some ideas out there? Any help is much appreciated.

    Peace,
    PB

The only thing I can think of is surgery, if applicable.

maybe you have calcium deposits, kidney stones if this stuff just started and is severe. your symptoms sound like mine, I was extremely agile then for weeks I was in lots of back pain. ive been sore millions of times but nothing so like that with stones . your drs might be missing this.
