Hey guys. So basically I had acne in middle school but then after high school my skin was really clear. But for the past year or so I've had some acne and I hate it! I am really dedicated to trying to clear my skin right now, so maybe someone can help! I wash my face twice a day and moisturize after. I think the face wash and moisturizer I have right now are working really well for me. I tried using toner but I'm not sure if it makes my skin too dry (I have combination skin) so I don't use it often, maybe I should try a different toner. I've cut out most sugar from my diet as of the end of December and I haven't smoked weed in a week. I also stopped taking birth control around the end of the December also. I also wash my hair everyday just for my face. I'm not sure if maybe I just need to give it more time but I was thinking cutting out those things would help. Are there any masks that really help with this? Some that I can make maybe or are inexpensive? What helps your acne? Especially if you have combination skin like I do... Are there other things I should cut out of my diet, like olive oil? I use a lot of olive oil. Are there certain things that you can eat that are good for the complexion? My acne isn't horrible but I would like to get rid of it for sure. And I don't understand why I had clear skin at one point and now I don't, I'm 22. I'm not stressed out and my anxiety has been much better than a few years ago. So what works for you? Thanks!!!
