If there was any point at all to me doing an enema, I would. However it is not the case that those with healthy digestive systems need or should get them. It's a last resort measure for people who have abused their bodies and feel the need for extreme measures. Healthy colons should be left alone.

Probiotics are fantastic. If I could recommend just one supplement to everyone, it would be a high quality probiotic along with digestive enzymes.

my food is covered in probiotics and full of digestive enzymes :p haha

You are right stabby, we just have different cutoffs where whats acceptable is. I cant say for sure but you have cut sugar so you have probably cut other thigns like grains and dairy too? most people havent even done one of those things. Most people dont even know why they should, nor do they care to.

Yeah it's cool, i respect how you are hardcore with it, that is very similar to my personality too. I seek the truth, then get the most out of it. It's just some of the things you say seem unnecessary and drastic to me, when all my life i have been narrowing my rules, and i feel like I am doing the right things, so you can see why it starts to seem crazy when i hear your ideas.
So In the end, i do like hearing your ideas, but don't really want to be "argued" with ya know?

I dont know how i can explain my position properly.

I value two things, my health and my freedom

when it comes to getting these things we're not messing around haha.

having experienced sickness, and experiencing good health, i never want to be sick again, ever, even at the cost of my 'yummy food', because you know what, i really could care less about all that stuff once the addiction phase is gone. Its like it was hardly a sacrifice at all haha.. the same goes for all my other 'extreme' things. But not everybody wants to live free in the wilderness like I do. Getting sick out there is not an option so if something is going to down my stats in any way its just not worth it to me.

Even the air you breathe. Having lived 8 months in a tent(in the woods). Coming back to my house that i had made as chemical free as possible in a regular house. coming back was terrible. we felt conjested and woke up stuffy every morning. If you live in a house, basicly live a regular life, you will never escape so much toxic shit that you dont know even effects you.. its not till you remove them and go back you realise how bad they are, and you're usually so used to them you dont even know they're there.

But they DO effect you.. you will probably be fine untill you're like 65 years old.. some younger, some older, but one day its going to get you.. you might think now that you wont care cause you're going to be old and wrinkly, but i plan on being as able bodied at 70 as i am right now at 25.

but most of this isnt really even consideration of mine. Its funny when i think about how my health, diet and lifestyle all kind of came together and all made sense which led to my mind broadening even more.

I think its funny how you are online so much when you claim to have a "nature life". You are outside right now? i bet you look silly using that computer outside all the time and your nature friends make fun of you? lol
Aren't you worried about WIFI it DOES affect you.
I know it is bad to be indoors, right now its my only option if i want to snowboard. Do you think another month will do me harm?

Im helping take care of a sick relative right now, its winter too so its -10 outside. While im sitting here building skills i can use my toe to bang the refresh key and post on hip forums.

Yeah, wi-fi is bullshit, cant you feel it when you put your head up to stuff that shoots radio lazer beams out of it? Its also pretty bullshit how the person im trying to take care of is a smoker and even though i have sealed myself off, it still manages to seep into my living area and effects me.

The thing is fresh, you're going to have to live in a house, most people are because if you want to take things further, then theres changes to your life you have to make, and most peole dont want to let them go, i guess they think its not worth it. it probably isnt to them.

Well i have slept outside for most of this last year. I enjoy it more it makes me think clearer and feel more refreshed. I have no problem doing it every day for the rest of my life. If i get a big house, I will sleep outside in its nice yard. And about the house, I will hang out in it but i expect up to 90% of my time spent outdoors not including nighttime.
Every other type of health thing it is, I just go by my best instinct and knowledge.

Eating organic is one of the best ways to live healthier and longer. Organic food doesn't necessarily have more (its debatable if organic food contains more nutrients, theres arguments and studies done on both sides), but it most certainly has less. Less toxins, less poisons.

Organic produce has no pesticides, herbicides, fungicides in/on them (or if they do, which depends on where they are grown, they are all much safer than what is used on their nonorganic counterparts), which are all poisons. Don't think that washing produce will get that all off, as these poisons are absorbed by the produce and become part of it.

The less is more concept applies to all organic food. Organic food won't have MSG, aspartame, trans-fat and similar harmful substances. Compare an organic product with a non organic product. You will notice that there is much less processed ingredients in organic foods. I've noticed up to roughly 95% less ingredients in some products. And you can rest assured that what ingredients that are in there come from the purest sources.

Natural food is best. The body wasn't designed to deal with all the toxins and processed ingredients put into food. Just imagine the net effect of putting this stuff in your body day after day, for many many years. I have no doubt in my mind that these things contribute greatly to the bad health present in the world today.
