    isochronic tones, monaural beats,etc.
    any testimonials?

If you don't know what this is, it's inducing brain change by ways of sound, visuals, kinetic patterns.
The brain pulses between .5Hz and 100Hz with different levels of frequencies from lowest to highest: Delta, Theta, Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. Ears can detect frequencies from 20Hz to 20kHz(20,000Hz) but scientists long ago found that when playing two slightly different pitches in different ears, lower frequencies can be obtained. If in one ear, a 510Hz tone is played, and in the other has a 500Hz tone, your brain automatically subtracts it to make a 10Hz outcome.
When relaxing and listening to frequencies in the brain range, your brain adapts to it and brainwaves align. The Delta, theta, etc. waves all have different characteristics. Delta is the lowest and most substantial with change.

shows advantages and disadvantages of these different brain waves except the gamma waves. gamma waves increase focus ability and such.

There's even i-doser, claiming that by listening to the sound files, it induces drug states. Quite frankly, i think that's all too specific for brain waves.

I find this subject tremendously interesting and want to know what you all think.

i've been using pzizz for about 6 months now. It uses binaural beats and guided meditation to help ease you to sleep. I find that the more i use it, the better it works; my mind is becoming trained by it (i think).
