I turn on my computer and it beeps!

and I notice that the red light on the mouse doesnt flash when the computer starts up!

help!

am on my friends computer btw!

I unplugged the hard drive while being off then plugged it back in! and still nothing!

Also the screen isn't be recognized by desktop!

it has now turn on the screen but the JP symbol is sliced! and my mouse and key board isnt shows any light at all!?

 

Stick a boot disk in and see what happens. That way you will be able to tell if it's a hardware or a software problem.
