What is the purpose of the NORML card?

    its just a membership card i believe..

    just to make you feel more important when you donate money to them.. im pretty sure there are really no benefits of being a NORML member.. other than the personal satisfaction..

    the purpose of a NORML card is to let the authorities know that they should search your whole vehicle or residence.. because more than likely they will come up with something

    lets not forget that NORML really isn't doing fuck all anymore for the fight.. most laws that have been written for states and passed have been written by the MPP(Marijuana Policy Project)
