Brain freeze and runny nose from pot

Sometimes right after I hit my bong, I have to stop everything and endure what I can only describe as a "brain freeze" like when you eat ice cream too fast, only not as painful. It goes away in about 1 minute, 12 seconds then I'm fine and can smoke again without this happening again.

Other times after I cash out my bong, I get a runny nose/the sniffles. I'm talking runny like you'd think I was a cokehead rather than a pothead. This shit does not go away in 1 minute, 12 seconds but lasts a good 10 or so minutes. So I'm wondering, does this happen to anyone else?

Yea man its just a headrush i get that shit from bongs like illadelphs and molinos mainly you take a nice hit and you go into THC shock for like a min ha its a nice headchange you know its a good rip when you gotta take a sec to reflect

yeah i notice that as well with my little bong.. if i take a huge hit i go into that "THC shock" where i need to have a 1 minute break before my head feels normal again.

it IS similar to brain freeze..

 

I used to peak or get a headrush without even smoking just a natural high

 

The only time I get headrushes is if I'm sitting or laying down for a long time then I jump out of sitting. Smoking weed doesn't do it, not even a cigarette after blazing.
