Ok so here's the deal: I want to start growing. I have seeds and a spot. I have around $140 but I don't want to spend it all cause I need spending money. So I have a budget of about $80-100. I've read plenty of growing guides, but every time they tell you to do some things that I have no idea what they mean, or just confuse me somehow. Now I've come here asking for your help, Hip forums. What do I need to buy/can I buy on my limited budget/do I need to do to start growing my own?
