1.The birth of Glory Grace. 2.Moving into a bigger home with cheaper rent & a yard! 3.Someone I love overcame a drug addiction. 4.My dreads actually look like dreads now! 5.B (our roommate) hasn't had a drink in 3 months! 6.My husband and I are still best friends. 7.My nephew started reading. 8.I finally established some boundaries in my life! 9.I made some wonderful new friends. 10.My writer's block went away (it had been almost 3 years). So what are your top 10 for 2009?
1) I am not chubby like last Christmas because I have been laying off the guinness 2) I found a beach kitty in June and he is awesome 3) My hubz is still the shit. 4) I inherited a significant amount of money and have some really good investments 5) I have a vague business plan that will soon be developing into a less vague one 6) I made some ambitious friends who cook great food and always have awesome tequila 7) I am finding ways to make money doing things I enjoy 8) I'm not pregnant 9) I have made some really great connections in the photography/fashion world and am establishing myself in the local scene 10) wrote some awesome songs this year. for 2010, I should probably smoke less and work harder.

1. New and beautiful house with good friends 2. Dyed hair blue 3. Started putting on Freak/Circus/fire shows 4. Started doing burlesque on stage 5. New songs and singing partner 6. Found a sweet kitten 7. Newly in love 8. Found sweet jobs 9. Shambhala, folkfest and other wonderful festivals 10. Went to the temperate rainforest for the first time This year hopefully will better organize my time so shits not so hectic and we are not having our first group rehearsals like a week before our shows...
1. In a decent band 2. Top in uni class 3. Got a Les Paul 4. Moved house 5. Met Tom Jones 6. Saw a few of my idols in concert. 7. Skied some of the best runs of my life 8. Lost a bit of weight 9. Scored a plenty. Ah freedom 10. Quit smoking sort of. Then got addicted to coffee instead.
2009 sucked. I can't think of ten good things. I started a list of the ten worst things about this year but I just sounded bitter so I erased it. My brother had a kid, though. That was pretty neat.

1-Fuck all srsly this year has been a waste of time, the only eventful bit was a period of a month or so when me and my ex were on-again off-again, the rest of it was just punching the clock at work and very little else. roll on 2010.

I am very conflicted with this still. I love my brother but am anti war and murder....I dont know how to feel towards him anymore. 4. 1. Cheated and got back into Uni 2. Got a good amount of money because I got back into Uni 3. Smoked up all semester 4. Passed my classes decent for not trying 5. Saw a dude carrying a body in a carpet down my street 6. Saw someone get chased by the cops top speed on my street 7. Had alot of nights I dont remember but was informed of not being the best 8. Just cruised through
1. Riloh turned 1 and is getting cooler everyday 2. husb is so goof to me 3. I feel free and happy 4. I painted and made lots of things 5. made lots of new amazing friends who I love 6. got a lil more crazy not that that was needed 7. lost weight 8. felt like a good person and a bad person 9. got a new camera that makes my heart beat fast 10. got inspired for 2010 I want to do more next year. Now that Riloh's 1 and off the boob I feel free and more able to do things. I'm hoping to start up the shop in 2010 and go back to college part time.
I'm not good at lists and then always want to change and rearrange later, but this is my list for today as I see it. (Because I have a family my goals are mixed in with their successes) 1. Hubby got a new job that pays very well and has led to the security of our family. 2. Got my business up off the ground and was successful for a great part of 2009. 3. Became best friends with my one sister. 4. Got my son integrated into school and he is LOVING it. 5. Shambhala. It reminded me why I love life and what I need to do to be happy. (consequently trying mdma for the first time and second and third... my new fav). 6. Weaned off my antidepressants after being on them and off them for 6 years. 7. Spent a month and a half at my parents house which allowed my parents and my children to grow a beautiful bond. 8. Found out my baby sis is pregnant. 9. Got my mother fucking dreads. 10. Still living with my best friend and my lover... and surviving through another year together... happier than either of us have ever been.
1-vollunteered at Shambhala; met some inspiring people and gave back to the festival community, which made me feel warm & fuzzy inside 2-changed my first name after hating my birth name for as long as I can remember 3-played with my camera and learned how to use some of the functions 4-still madly in love & lust with my hubby after 11 years of being together 5-made a new friend in this small town
