I am not a lady but I am going to chime in her and say, not likely. While giving head may be very arousing and fun for some ladies, real life is not like the movie Deep Throat where her clit was in her throat through some birth defect. I don't see how giving head could give as much pleasure as an orgasm. Maybe some women would refer RECEIVING oral sex rather than intercourse, that is much more probable. The only sexual act I have seen some women prefer over regular sex is anal sex and even then it's quite rare, but this is only because anal can give such powerful orgasms to a woman, giving head will never get any women to climax, at least not from my experience.
