2 years coming up

Slacking on writing a paper, so I took a dirty bathroom mirror pic








My dreadlocks are really growing together. Used to have about 60 roots, now I have probably 25. Fat locks are great. I'll have some really good pictures to post next month

My friend just cut his 1.5 year naturals and my boyfriend's sister combed hers out since she's graduating. This has left me thinking about the fate of my own recently and all the nice comments helped clear my mind.

I was looking at a pic from 6 months ago and they've shrunk at least 4 inches since then



They're starting to get pretty gnarly looking and tight.

Only thing that sucks is they smell when they're about halfway done drying. Smells like...clothes that've been left in the washer for a day or two too long. It's a winter thing, I guess, cuz they don't smell when they're dried in the summer sun.

 

How can you tell? Is it just my screen or what? I can't distinguish what kind of hair style or color this kid has....................

Guess I coulda clarified what I said. That last pic was from 6 months ago, posted as a comparison to how they are currently on the first page. My dreads were longer back then
