its synthetic thc... as to smoking it? doesn't that defeat the purpose of making a pill? i was just saying if ya can't keep the pills down, get a nug and smoke it up.
i know a girl who was prescribed a low dose of them for an unnamed stomach ailment... her doctor told her to try medical marijuana, but her parents said they would disown her...she smokes more pot than i do too! hahaa
You can lace a joint with the gel inside the gelcaps but I really can't say whether the dronabinol (the pharmaceutical name of the THC in Marinol) will be smokable or not. My friends have said it increased their buzz by smoking some laced with it, but I dunno. 15-20mg sends me into a full psychedelic marijuana buzz like nothing else I've ever experienced next to Ketamine. Weird eh?
I've had some experience with these. I tend to think they might work better orally. It's not exactly like weed though. It is a noticeably different high, probably because marinol is only delta-9-THC, whereas weed contains many different cannabinoids other than THC in varying proportion that affect the high. I did like it quite a bit though, very effective in getting me very stoned. They kick in fairly quickly. One time I took 6 of the orange ones that i believe were 10mg apeice and got super fucked up. It was a more psychedelic high I thought than weed.
used to get these through someone I knew they had like a whitish powder in it but they got me so high. Id take one if I woke up n drift right back to sleep
