I sniffed some once. It made me sick pretty sleepy and then sick for a day. I had a similar experience sniffing oxydodone. I got very high and itchy, then very sick. Opiates don't agree with me. Never again.
This 17 year old hottie told me and a friend that she wanted to try H, back in January of this year. We told her the truth about H, and she replied w/ just about the exact same thing you did above. She's dead now.
Idk I have done oxy before i hear its almost as good as H. It was really good, when i was on it i was like wow i really want to feel like this alot. Like i could feel the drug trying to suck me into its addiction. I just kept thinking i am superior and can handle not getting addicted to a dangerous substance. If thats the only thing you think and are true to yourself then you can do it. I know i might be tryin to snort heroin eventually. Do whats awesome as long as you have control over it and are superior over your actions. Even though I enjoy the feeling of LSD more than any other drug, theres something about opiates that you feel like you need it. Thats the only thing about opiates that i hate.
not only will you have to always keep that mindset of being superior to the feeling, but the more you use it and your tolerance builds you will become physically dependant to it, having to continue using or become extremely ill, weak and depressed. Most people dont realize how bad the withdrawals can be, and people who work and have things to do wont even be able to afford to get sick, so they continue using, and the harder it gets to stop.
Yeah mabey thats something i forgot to mention you have to not do it very much. I have done opiates for like 4 years, and do them on average 1 time every 5 months. I might start doing em on average once every 1-2 months but no more than that.
You make a lot of assumptions, all of which are completely wrong. I had plenty of experience when I was a user.(7 years.) I always tried to be clean and safe and never did more than I thought I could handle. The risk is that you never know how strong of a dose you are really getting, or what impurities might be in your dope. I found out the hard way one night when I OD'd. Luckily for me I had a friend with me who had the experience and the presence of mind to keep me alive and who managed to resuscitate me. I still had to go to the hospital to receive stitches in my face from a gash I received when I collapsed and fell against a table on my way to the floor. I always thought I was in control of the situation, and that it would never happen to me. I was wrong. The friend who saved my life died from an overdose a few years ago. Since then, I have lost 3 more friends from heroin overdoses. One was D.O.A. when they brought him to the hospital ER. One died at home, by himself, his sister found him dead on his couch. One was found lying in an alley where his shooting buddies left him after he OD'd. Nobody ever thinks it will happen to them. I knew it was dangerous before I started injecting dope, but I ignored the warnings and did it anyway, A mistake which could have cost me my life. I have been clean for 15 years, and plan on staying that way. Everyone makes their own choices in life, regardless of what advice anyone gives them. The best advice I will offer to anyone thinking of injecting heroin, is to forget about it. The risk you are taking is not worth the high you will get from it.
Well actually you can OD through any route of administration. Again, if you know what you're doing (ie testing the potency of a new batch of dope, using sterile equipment, etc), it isn't any more dangerous than snorting or swallowing. Also, if you're worried about ODing, shoot pills instead of H, so you know the potency. Obviously doing any drug isn't exactly safe, but relatively speeking, IV drug use isn't any more dangerous than snorting or swallowing drugs. Again, you just need to know what you're doing, and what you're dealing with.
As far as testing the potency of a new batch of dope... During the 7 years I was using dope, I met and got high with probably a hundred or more dealers and/or users. Some were casual weekend users, and some were hard-core junkies. Some snorted it, some smoked it, and some injected it. None of them (myself included) ever tested so much as a single dose before taking it. Testing your dope before using it sounds good in theory, but in reality I never saw it done even once. The only time I ever heard of it being done was when the cops tested a batch after a bust. And that's a tough way to find out what you were holding. But it still beats an OD.
so by "them" you're referring to heroin users? yea, because tons of rockstars, movie stars, and great authors were way more pathetic than your sorry ass. who the fuck do you think you are to judge twang? do shit with your life and then start talking shit about people. until then, you ain't shit.
Beatnick, what I said has nothing to do with you, unless youre a theif. You have no idea what I meant by "them" so don't worry about it and mind yo bizness Edit: tbh I'd like to try H myself, don't really wanna duck with trying to get that though...don't even know where to begin to look
What I meant was trying out a little bit (like 1/4 to 1/2 of a normal) before shooting a whole bag. If no one you've ever done dope with does that, you hang out with some idiots. Besides I could only hope to OD, god, I mean how else are people gonna know I'm a badass.
wang, please don't call me pathetic in my thread. all I was asking was is it even worth it to snort heroin if I ever decided to try any, or would I be better off shooting it. I don't have money for heroin and don't plan on doing it tomorrow or anything, just something I'd be curious to try yeaaaaahh
you cant do hippie herion.. aka Oxycontin and be negative towards heroin.. now if the heroin user looks like a pin cushion thats another story..
dead junky said what I had in mind but lacked any experience whatsoever..... see you never know, you might like it, its very, very addictive, they say it replaces your metabolism and you need it like water... my buddy was addicted, he said withdrawals are not fun at all (its not the way to put it but you know the idea)
My advice is just not to use, ive been ten days clean today from a five year addiction, i died ten days ago, but im very lucky to still be here and i hope you'll take my advice.
