Regarding the Ped Egg, it would really suck if you used it for it's intended purpose, forgot about it and ended up snorting foot scrapings. uke:

i just use a lighter, a dollar bill and some pressure.

just put the dollar over the pill, lay the lighter flat and press down and move the lighter around to crush it. then use a credit card or razor to cut the powder finely and make some lines.

 

Thats what I do bro. This way seems to get me nodding way harder than if I were to do all of it at once.
