20 of them walked right past the sign to me to ask the DISP meeting. The sad thing is that these people get to vote.

You should tell them that the meeting had to be rescheduled.

 

Theres a meeting in one of the rooms where I work. There are two really big signs pointing straight at the door to the room where the meeting is and the doors are glass so they can see everyone else and the signs right in front of the entrance doors.

 

And the scary thing is when you think to yourself "these people probably drive cars".

 

You sent them all to the mens room I hope(?)

I've never seen a "Walk/Don't Walk" sign. Ours have a hand and a man walking.

 

we dont have walk / dont walk signs around here. you just have to be brave and hope you dont die.

People are strange, and more often people are just lazy!


One of my pet peeves is people who stand around and smoke right in front of signs that clearly say NO SMOKING and have that universal hieroglyph of a cigarette with a red slash through it.

The buses in my city have signs that say no smoking, no eating and no drinking and use pictures to get the point across. Nevertheless, you still have lots of people eating, drinking and smoking...including a few bus drivers.

The whole attitude of "I'll do as I damn well please no matter what" is just totally rude. At least when you see people doing those things, you know who to avoid.
