Do you hit your man/woman?

I have a question for all you angry people out there. Do you hit your boyfriend/girlfriend?
If you do why do you hit him/her?
Would you go to anger management if your partner said they'd leave you otherwise?

 

Lol I doubt anyone is gonna fess up to that. I don't do that, but i'm not angry either.

 

People admit in other threads... I wanna see if people will be honest (I know it's a long shot).

 

I had a pretty nasty temper when I was younger, and I never once became physically violent toward my partner. I'm also confident this isn't something I'll take up in the future as well.

 

myself and my partner (NOT boyfriend, we dont confom to those terms)... playfight alot. He throws me on the floor, i kick him in the balls, he bites my knee, i give him a black eye, its all fun though, we've never got angry at one another!

I have a very bad temper and I can be quite vindictive and spiteful with my partner which is something I've been improving on for a long time.

That being said, I have never or will never hit a partner or another girl, for that matter. Unless she is Laura Croft and she hit me first.

 

I hit him playfully and he hits me playfully.
But not abusive type of hitting.
We're around each other a lot and I won't deny it, he gets on my nerves just like I get on his but I would never hit him to hurt him and I know he wouldn't do that to me.

I have a friend whose wife hits him and I think it's absolutely ridiculous that he puts up with it.

 

Mine are more of the shoves, but not in an angry way just in a joking way.

I would only hit in self-defense. If a boyfriend ever hit me, I'd dump him immediately, unless it was an accident. That's a line that should never be crossed. There are only bad things on the other side of the line.
