its called altered states. its a movie from 1980, this professor starts playing around with a isolation chamber in gets tapped inot his innerconcioussness, then goes to Mexico to try this brew. then mixes the brew with the isolation chamber togeather. through his conciousness he taps into his genes and actually devolves back to a more primitive gene, then trys again and taps back into the very start of life, the dawn of man and all life. its the coolest fucking concept in the world and by far one of the coolest movies ive ever seen.

 

Is there any other places to watch this? I don't have that DivX plug-in thingy ):

Yes that's considered one of the all time great drug movies, glad you got a chance to see it. The last time I watched dosed my girlfriend got all freaked out and wanted me to turn it off We watched it all though and after it was over and the concept sank in for her she thought it was cool. Definitely a much watch for the serious tripper, what a concept.

 

That's one of my favorite movies of all time.

Wow, really? I only caught the second half of it on tv some time this year and I thought it was absolutely awful :\

the first half of this movie is really cool...then it gets ridiculous.

the one time i saw it i was almost in a k-hole...it was funny.
