This happened a couple of years ago, but it's something I always meant to research. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I once was using baby oil while doing a sexyish striptease kinda thing for my then-boyfriend. I rubbed it all over my stomach and chest, and suddenly, I was in excruciating pain. The pain was like a sharp, intense throb, like when someone punches you where you've got a bruise. Once I showered it all off, I was fine. The next day, as an experiment, I rubbed a bit on my foot--same reaction. I never developed a rash or anything like that to indicate an allergy, but I've never used baby oil since. Any idea what caused my painful reaction?
