Im not too familiar with Bupivacaine. But Fentanyl can definately be abused. It is extremely potent, 100x more potent than Morphine. So its liquid right?

Yeah it is in liquid form. I knew it was powerful i just don't know how to use it to my advantage. Should i evap it like special K? or would that end up damging the opiate molecules? If anyone thinks i shouldn't use please let me know.

Im not sure on how you should use it man. I have no experience with the stuff. I would wait for a reply from a person that has used or knows the best way to use it. As always, be careful man!!

The most I could find was that this combo is used for epidural injections on women in labor. I found some info on bupivacaine itself, and it's a local that is similar to lidocaine but much more potent. And it's meant as just a local, not IV. The site said that systemic absorption can produce cardiac arrest. I wouldn't screw around with anaesthetics. Remember what happened to Michael Jackson.

Very heavy I've had friends of friends die from od'n on this...seems like the way it's stored has to do with potency cuz I've heard of ppl doin some then doin same amount later and od'n, plus ppl will do some not realize how much is in there system and do some more an od, so be careful abusin fentanyl...I'd say first time tryin it, just do a lil bit and store the patch later dont do anymore, then the next day decide what dose to take.

Edit: three day old thread atleast update and tell us your still kickin bro ;)

Yeah, that fentanyl is some potent shit. I've only had it once. I was in to get 2 ingrown toenails removed. They gave me the local, and then a little fentanyl. "Here, this will make you feel more relaxed." :D Wow! I liked it TOO much. :D
