Canadians, what do you have to say on the issue of the gov't privatizing your Health Care ... yes or no? (and of course, why?)
hm, it's inevitable. oh, and it's really big american business that's privatizing our healthcare, the govt just makes it legal for them to do it.
I live in Alberta. The America of all provinces. I disagree with the privatization of HealthCare. I think good health should be available to all that need it.
My boyfriend has a heart condition and therefor needs a doctor to follow and chart his health, lots of appointments. His doc of 4 years just went private last friday, this really sucks; theres just no way we can afford it. And all the other docs around here were already overwhelmed and not accepting new patients. We are lucky in the way that we still have our walkin clinic, average waiting time:3 hours.
