Well with some people, myself included, the face touching/scratching lol. And just scratching in general. But you'll usually only notice that if they're high at that moment.
Long sleeves in the summers a pretty good indicator, and dont forget iching and ripping off all their friends.

I' m sorry I confused opiate addict with a junkie and there is a significant difference, scratching and nodding for a opiate addict. Just dont let it get to the next level because theres only one level after that and game over. Just remember moderation
