    Actually, in circumcised men, there is no protective coating for the glans like there naturally is - this can lead to pain on contact for some men.


    OP this is not unusual.

    For me, I do not get pain when a girl touches or licks it, or when just about anything else touches or licks it (zipper brushing against it aside..), and I wouldn't think licking would bother you too much..
