Even though i was not born Muslim i have a deep respect for the religion. I am espically attracted to Sufism, the mystical practice of Islam. I've been reading the Qur'an, studying up on the laws and reading the poetry of Rumi but there are some practises i dont agree with. Like reciting prayers in Arabic 5x a day. I believe prayer in your own language which is not obligatory is more meaningful. Well i guess my question is do u have to be muslim to practice Sufism?
