If it's a particularly big cucumber, it could take a half hour to work it in. I just have to be patient. Once I loosen up, I can pull it in and out, ride it, or whatever.

Astroglide is the stuff that works for me. The ass can be trained to some big objects, so a cucumber is not that big a deal. I usually start off fingering myself with plenty of lube. Then I lube up the cucumber and start poking it into my ass until it makes an entrance. The main obstacle is the sphincter. Once you get past that, you're good to go. If you have an hour or two of free time, you might find it exciting.
