It makes me laugh when I'm walking between classes from one building to another and it's raining outside. All these babylon people carrying umbrellas to keep "their hair and clothes" from getting wet! Do they not appreciate the joy of rain? Rain is earth's way of cleansing itself. The feeling of cool rain on your skin...makes me want to go play in it... DOWN WITH UMBRELLAS!
sometimes i like when its raining....and I am inside, I don't like the feeling of wet clothes at all.
yeah, i love the rain - but on the umberella front i hate getting my fucking eyes jabbed out by them!!!
When I moved to England, I had to give up using umbrellas. It rains way too often (I really don't feel like carrying an umbrella with me all the time) and it's way too windy so umbrellas are pretty much useless.
I mostly agree, but it can suck when it's a cold November rain and you're walking between classes. You get soaked and have to sit in cold damp clothes for a few hours until class lets out. Still, I never took an umbrella. I mean, you do warm up pretty fast indoors, and the rain feels good.
I wear a hood an umbrealla and a rain jacket I hate getting wet and I don't wanna sit through a two hour class with wet clothes.

I'm not too much concerned with umbrellas. It is, after all, the dry season down here. And when it does rain, it's mostly all hurricanes and such, and umbrellas are rendered useless. A good walk through a driving rain is such a joy
