Im going to be spending some time near toronto with a fellow hipforumer (SweeperOfDreams13) fairly soon. Probably maximum ill be there is a month. What is there to do in toronto beside the hot box cafe and all the head shops. Anything entertaining. Theater, art galleries, etc. Also, do any fellow hipforumers in the toronto area want to hang out maybe? Also, are there any underage clubs?
check out the bloor cinema. they always have cool indy movies there. and they play darkside of the moon to wizard of oz once a month, and everyone hotboxes the theatre. unfortunately, its already passed this month. as far as things for minors to do, im not quite sure. you mentioned art gallers, well you could go to the AGO(art gallery of ontario) or the royal ontario musem. hmmm, or the science center. queen st west and kensington market are hip places...... where ya coming from
Coming from pennsylvania. Nothing to do at all here. Im pretty excited to get to canada. What is there? Just people hanging out? Would you possibly want to meet up at any time and go to an art gallery or anything?
queen st has a lot of cool shops (head shops included), as well as the much music building. though, a lot of the stores can be pricey. kensington market, which is where the hot box cafe is, has quite a few really cool vintage stores. as far as meeting up with you, i dunno. yer not some kind of creepy pervert are ya? my mommy told me not to meet people on the internet:&
Haha definetly not a creepy pervert. Id understand if you didnt want to. I plan to be there from December 19 to I dont know yet. If you want to meet up for a smoke tell me
i ALWAYS go to Kensington Market.. It's mostly hippies(or hip people whatever) and rastafarians and just people who get called freaks.lol. There are amazing little shops and cafes, vintage shops everywhere, I just got a shearling coat for $49... Head shops, fruit markets, and little stands everywhere. Hahah watch out.. you never know when a rasta man is gonna jump out and all of a sudden he's putting "fantasy" essential oil on your hand..then patchouli and vanilla......... oh man..its good times in the market...
