Okay i know that if you exercise and drink a lot of water you will sweat and piss out the thc quicker. My question is this, I am a swimmer and started swimming 2 hours every day. In swimming, you dont really sweat that much in the water, so will this still get the thc out quicker? Just wondering.
are you sure you don't sweat in the water? I mean, how would you know, haha. Anyways, it's not the sweating that's the main thing. The main thing is to be active so your fat cells release fat to your blood, to be burned for fuel. When the fat comes out, so too does the THC. Then it goes through your kidneys and out in your piss. Swimming as much as you do, not only will this get the THC out, it will decrease your body fat percentage by quite a bit, meaning there's less space for THC to go to in the first place. You won't have as much in you to clear out, so you'll detox faster.
I would guess you wouldnt sweat in the water much because you are being cooled down by the water. Your body temperature wont rise too much I wouldnt think.
Well, that's probably not true, though. Sure the water cools you, but your body can generate a lot of heat when doing strenuous exercise like that. Your core temperature would definitely rise. I don't know if you'd sweat because your skin might be cooler (you sweat when your blood vessels in your skin expand around the sweat glands, forcing the sweat out), but it's possible.
It's all in the metabolism. How you living? What I mean is what do you eat, what else do you do during the day. Swimming is an excellent exercise to speed up the metabolic cycle. Sweat doesn't matter all that much as long as that fat is being turned into energy. Besides that.... anybody ever get high and work out? I got smoked up today and went to the gym at the college. I felt like Conan ... I was like grrrrrrrrrr, me big, me strong. lol.
