In school one year there was this black kid that was talking shit about this dudes dead brother and he got his ass kicked.

Like i seriously think he deserves it.
Like if someone starts talking shit about someone that i was really close too that died i might have to beat their ass also and i don't believe in fighting.

the kid was wrong to talk shit, but kicking his ass was not right either

Is it wrong to execute monstrous killers? Or even to lock them up for that matter, I mean locking ppl in a cage is wrong, but if they deserve it its not.

But no my original point was it's asinine to beat up someone for talking shit about a dead person. It may be different it said person just came up to this kid and was like "yo, your dead friend, I hate that fag" that'd be provocative. But seriously people are allowed to have their opinions, you should respect the dead but if someone hated someone in real life they're not going to like them just because they're dead.

Interesting how these conversations tend to polarize people. I look at life increasingly as not having clearly defined right and wrong but a series of gray areas. The OP doesn't need me preaching about the rights and wrongs of kicking the shit out of someone when they are down and defenseless because I'm sure deep down he knows it himself.

I doubt any of the responses are going to change that. Perhaps finding a number of the other dude's pissed off friends waiting for him next week might change that perspective a bit. Life teaches many things and true wisdom is usually very painfully acquired.

 

I once beat up a dude for robbing me and running from me, he had the nerve to stick his tongue out at me as he ran, seen him at a party very next night and popped him one time dropped him and felt great about it, it was just like whose smilin now lol, woulda felt better if I got my money back though.

 

Being robbed and mocked at the same time is a more legitimate reason.

 

Yea, he's just lucky I'm a nice guy cuz most ppl wouldn't of just popped him they would of beat the living daylights outta him.
