Can anyone help me learn to sew?

I'm trying to find someone to help me learn to sew some simple dresses, skirts and strappy-tops if possible.
I live in Adelaide (well, I will be returning to Adelaide on the 25th Nov).
If anyone could help me would be much appreciated. PM me to discuss prices, etc.

Or, if possible, trade for:
violin lessons, dreadlocks (maintenance or from stratch), or if you'd like massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, flower-essences.
