Hi Did anybody has seized by customs your rc? How was final? Confiscate or only delay in arrive to you? I post this topic becouse me national customs seized my shipment with few grams of rc which was send from china and I want info about what will they do. This shipment was without designation of content and I think they probably identify what substance it is. Losing this shipment will be unacceptable. Any experienes ?
I've heard that some people get their package still, cut open with a sticker over it. I can't say what will happen with yours, is the substance scheduled in your country?
No first hand experiences, but I've heard from many people that they have had RCs go through customs and had no problems, only a delay. However, these were all us/canada locations, I don't know which RC you ordered or the legality of it in Poland, but from what I can tell, they usually try to tell if its specific illegal substances through a few different methods rather than bring out the chemistry set and try to figure it out(which I'm sure is not cheap, quick or easy, if even possible). I ordered unscheduled substance. I think reason it was seized by customs it is shipment was marked as documents and no word that parcel contain any chemicals. Terms of seized it's approx. 4 weeks and still nothing
Today one more time called me person from courier service and said me that in this shipment was drugs and in near future I will receive summons to customs for clarify of that situations I going tell I'm chemist amateur and I just want to make laboratory tests like research melting point etc. on this seized substance and in future I would like start make education of chemistry and write thesis about this compound. I hope customs won't confiscate it Ps. sorry for my english :\
Fuck that, just tell them it was a mistake and you didn't order it. Never underestimate the power of denial. Then again...
No..if I will say I didn't order it I lose this shipment (&money), so I must handle with customs that as they will think I will not to intend use it as drug for human consumption, but as material for laboratory research purposes only.. I hope it will work out...also this seized substance (2c-e) as i wrote before its unscheduled in my country so Im thinking there is no law risk for me. Im also writing Material Safely Data Sheet for 2c-e at the moment, maybe customs will be demand this document.. Also I hope customs used for identification of substance Gas chromatograph/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) becouse this method of identification is the most reliability and it to provide strong proof of that it seized shipment no contain any illegal compounds.
a while back i ordered some 2c-t-2 that we thought got seized [from canada to united states] and it just took a month and a half in the mail. the dude reshipped the order when i didn't receive in 2 weeks, and i received the second package in a week or so. the package wasn't opened. sometimes shit just takes a while...
I've had international shipments vary in length of time by at least 4 weeks from other times from same source. Hell, it took over a month for my girlfriend to receive a wedding invitation from her friend who lives in same metro area ~10 miles away. Oh and in case you haven't been told. It's a good rule of thumb to never spend money on an order that you can't afford to lose...and ALWAYS double down on 11!
yea...you have to understand that you have no way of knowing if your vendor is a modern shamanic figure or a greedy bastard...either way, your package could still get lost with no ill intent.
