so i bought this really skimp dub from this dealer. it was good shit but not a lot of weed at all. i wanted to sell it, so my friend said he would buy it. we were in school on the last day. he kept bugging me to go to the bathroom and sell it to him then. so we went and just as i was putting the money in my pocket the vice principal walks in. he takes us down to the office and searches me first. he didnt find anything and i told him i was just counting my money. so i went back to class and my friend got searched. then i went back to the office. my x-friend snitched on me. i got charged with criminal sales of marijuana and got 2 months probation...for the 2nd time and 21 hours of com. serv.. my friend only got a phone call home since he was the buyer. we both got only 5 days of OSS since it was the last day (we did the 5 days during exam week at BOCES) the 1st time of probation was for spray painting.......ran from the police and got tackled by a 300 pound cop. that was intense.

drugs and school never mix my friend. sucks you got caught, but if you had just waited a couple of hours to do it after school and off school grounds you'd both be free of troubles. a little patience, responsibility and forethought goes a long ways.
I out ran a fat best buy security guard, he was pretty quick for his weight. But I still beat him to my car, locked the doors, and drove off with 5 xbox 360 games and 3 ps3 games while he called the cops. I didn't see a single cop on my way home. I can't imagine if that 300 pound security guard tackled me, that would be like permanent damage to the face and brain

As for the original post, yeah best not to deal weed in school (even a small amount), but it is a little shitty how it was the last day 'n all. Here in the U.K they just suspend you for a while, at least they did to people at my school. Sounds like you have a raw deal punishment wise, especially considering it's a drug that should be legal anyways.

First off there are more cops on the streets, secondly you mention doing the deal at someones house, that isn't the streets and is virtually impossible to get caught inside a house, so yea no shit sherlock. You assume cause they are in school that they are going through all that trouble. Age is also a moot point not touched upon so whatever percentage you refer to is nothing more than implied. The fact that a school may take it easy on you compared to a regular cop is a fact. Take a chill pill.. oh and don't get caught either.
