I told the boss that if I had to go into work that night, I would be coming in dressed in my halloween costume....so he gave me the night off. But he's making me come in the day after at 6am. Do u all get halloween off from work?
i've got three people who work with me who are pagan. i let my people off for whatever religious days they observe.
what do you mean? i am the so called "boss." my offical title is: 'president of mobile office operations.' that 'fancy pants title' means i'm suppost to be some kind of "manager." i cooridnate the work of a group of telecommunters. it really is not a management job at all. the people i work with are like me. we are all very, very, very, autonomous and self-directed. we are all able to get the job done within time frame and within budget without supervision. it is great, fun and, ONE HELL OF A LOT LESS STRESSFULL to work from home, and not go to an office or plant each day, to get walked and shitted upon in the work place!:cheers2:
