So long story short. I'm attending a festie Sat. night where I'll be taking lsd and molly, I'll get minimal sleep and return home late on Sunday. Now monday at 8am I'll be put under and have my wisdom teeth pulled. my question is how safe is it to do these drugs then be put under with anestia shortly after? should i not take the intended drugs with such short time to recover?
Tell the dentist what you did and see what he says, he can't turn you in for it so don't be afraid. Surgery is very risky and you know you can always wait, but I doubt you would get adverse reaction. Look it up, wikipedia might have some info. Oh they will probably ask you anyways so don't lie if you do as planned. Good Luck with that.

but the problem is that if they decide to reschedule, my mom, who is my ride to the orthopedic surgeon (not dentist) will wonder why they aren't doing it anymore. I assume I'll be fine doing this, but still none the less I'm a little nervous about some sort of negative reaction to my body/side effect.
It happens, I know orthopedic surgeons, they will reschedule asap, you will be signing papers and talking to the surgeon and the anesthesiologist before they just do it, so be as truthful as possible. Why wouldn't a dentist take out your wisdom teeth if you don't mind me asking?
Personally I think the best and most MATURE thing to do would be go to the fest and smoke some bud or whatever but don't do any chems. I'm sure you will have plenty of other opportunities in the future. Then you don't have to reveal anything to anyone and not worry about your mommy finding out. Sheesh, grow up and use these things with some sense. Having your wisdom teeth removed can go fine or can be fucked up and complicated. ^that's actually good advice. just taking it easy would be your best bet so you don't even have to worry about this. BUT, if you decide to go through with it anyway, tell your dentist.
Although it is good practice to inform your surgeon, he will probably have no clue what possible reaction LSD and MDMA metabolites will have with anesthesia, nor will the anesthesiologist.
Alot of dentists are into there own meds haha. I have a dentist or oral dude of some sort that is an x junkie. I'm an x to so when I go in he's talk the "program" the hole time. He's got houses in jamacia , new york blablabla alot of times if ya tell a dr. you were do'in acid they are suprized , there are worse drugs to be do'in. get good sleep sunday nite .you'll be fine. I went in for back surg one time and they could not get an iv in my arm. They had warm towels on my arms, had me hang my arm over the edge of bed. I had just got to hospital after using a hole bunch of coke intervenisly. My bad. The asprin and drugs that make your blood thin is what theyn are really worried about.
wisdom teeth removal? they are gonna use Nitrous 99%. you will be fine. in fact anything they use you should be fine, lsd and mdma are not gonna fuck around with you 2 days later.
why wouldn't an anesthesiologist know the possible interactions with any chemical? it is their job. I know this topic is basically dead but just wonder where that logic came from.
