I think I'm going to go with Captain Beefheart or Ween

I mean, there are bands with overall wackier lyrics or gibberish lyrics, but the thing that makes Captain Beefheart and Ween so weird, is that overall their lyrics aren't that weird (aside from a few songs from each) - and then they have some really strange things thrown in.

Weirdest I can think of is from one of the best songs that I've ever heard, "Once in a Lifetime" by Talking Heads. Here's the chorus lol:
