busted......can the forensics get dna off a pice of dope that i have touched

i am posting this for a friend who has been caught with about 7grams of pot..........without going into the story the police havent got a case and are now saying that they are going to send the dope off to be dna tested and if they can get a profile then your busted..............now this isnt in a western country where u would get a slap on the wrist and a cheap fine and i realise they are probably bullshitting but can anyone tell me.....................

can a dna profile be got off a 7gram piece of dope that has been handled by somebody......it was also handled by another person afterwards but this person is not in the frame but ive mentioned it anyway

 

post bail and head to mexico

in theory, they could detect his DNA if there there is any piece of his hair or skin particles on the weed. but what the fuck would they spend thousand of dollars to do DNA testing like that over a little bag of bud? doesn't make any sense, unless they're trying to connect him with something bigger than just the weed itself...

 

if they are willing to test for dna they are willing to plant dna and frame your ass...i wouldnt take a chance....flee now

 

lol 7 grams, not a joke enirely because he'll get a long ass probation and a shitty amount of community service hours probably, but still i completely doubt juvi / jail.

7 grams would not be a big deal in in a western country, but as you said you aren't there.
There still are places in the world where you just don't have weed or else,

If they are willing to put that much effort into proving you touched a plant, I'm sorry to say it, but your in alot of trouble.

But there is also a good chance they are just bluffing,
