Never really heard of this, probally just another OTC DPH high I take it? Stupid insane hallucinations that just may end with you in the ER?

Anyone here try the stuff before? If so, please explain it a bit.

    :EDIT:
Nvm, I had read one 'fun' sounding trip, then read some more into it, definitely doesn't sound any fun... basically sounds exactly like benedryl.

its dimenhydrinate, a cousin of diphenhydramine. it will give you the same kind of trip benadryl does. yet for some reason i tripped harder on it than i did with benadryl and ive taken less than i did with benadryl

but i think the difference in chemical structure takes away the sedative effect, so i imagine that the body load on dramamine might be a little easier to handle than benadryl.

i still would never do either one at deleriant doses, just sayin'.

    I wouldn't either.

I took a bunch of benadryl when I was like 15. Horrible time, I kept thinking people were knocking on the door or calling me.

It was fucked, I was pretty delusional.

ahh, yeah, DPH is quite odd. Lately I've been toying with the doses but every now n then I'll notice voices so I'm sure it has some unpleasant long term effects.

I've just noticed dramamine and benedryl hallucinations were some what different from what I've read, some stories have some really neat twists to em while others just scare the fuck out of me. I've toyed with the DPH though only because I have sleep problems, I've been looking for that dose that will just drop me on my fucking ass and let me sleep but it doesn't really happen even at higher doses, for me at least.

I'll think i'm going to turn this one down, thanks for the responses guys:cheers2:

haha man i've had very similar experiences with dipenhydramine.

out of boredom/inability to sleep, a lot of nights i would take like 75-125mg and then keep taking more every so often cause that dose just wouldn't get me to sleep. the highest i went was around 250mg in a night and i honestly wanted to cry because i was so uncomfortable, and i was seeing a gel blob on my walls. the entire next day i could hardly walk because i felt so weak and i was really dysphoric.

but i gotta say that jerkin on around 125mg feels pretty nice lol.

haha I agree, Yeah, i ussually take 125mgs every night. The downside to higher doses for sleep isn't much on the audo/visual hallucination side effects, but more so it just makes me so uncomfortable. My muscles get all spazy and feel like they're asleep but mentally I can't go to sleep, so it is an overwhelming frustrating feeling.

yeah definitely, physically it's insanely uncomfortable, for me that lasts into the next day, too.

it's why i don't do it often. plus i feel like overuse might be unhealthy, it says not to take a normal dose for more than 2 weeks anyway.

I find dramamine/benadryl trips to be very dysphoric, unless combined with dxm. the dxm seems to mask a lot of the uncomfortable feeling caused by it.
