You're probably at 18g now. Go get yrself a multi-pack of 16/14/12 CBRs. I know they have 'em, and that's what was most price efficient for me. The jump from 18 to 16 is next to nothing, you'll probably be able to pop them right in. Leave those in for at least two weeks, and then you'll be able to gauge if you're ready to stretch again.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DON'T SKIP SIZES. People always think, "OMGZ LOL I CAN JUST SHOVE THIS 2G INTO MY 10G HOLE" ... I ripped my right earlobe when I was like, fourteen because I had the same stupid idea. It was a BITCH to restretch, took twice as long as my other lobe, and now it doesn't shrink. I'm gonna be stuck at 7/16" forever.

I'd say, every few weeks or so, you can jump a size, just stay away from externally threaded stuff, and saddles [they're good for retaining sizes or downsizing, but don't work at ALL for stretching]. Once you get to 12g or so, you'll start finding really neat jewelry. Tapers are really the best for stretching. Spirals and pinchers are essentially the same thing; the jump from 00g to 7/16" is a doozy, I put a rubber band on the back of my spiral, and worked it in veeerrrryyyy gradually over a few days.
