Who has gauges

Im interested to see who on here has ear gauges, or really any gauges (not just ears).

If you do, or dont?, would you buy custom/hand made plugs? (not made by hand though... turned on a lathe) and what size gauges do you have?

 

i believe the correct terminology would be "who has stretched ears". gauges are a unit of measure within the jewelery size. so what you are technically asking is directed towards anyone with a piercing, even a small child with a 16g ear hole, who would have a gauge, regardless of how small it is.

 

i have 12mm and 3mm & yes id deffo buy hand made

 

That may be more what im looking for but im not just looking for ears. And yes i know what a gauge is, but most people dont even know their gauge size unless they got it pierced at a shop, or have a larger gauge.

 

So uh, what are you asking? I have stretched ears yes but I hate the term gauges, as someone mentioned above you it's not the correct term.

 

Its a fine term. Stretched EARS. doesnt cover all gauges piercings. Im asking if anyone has -gauged piercings-, I dont care what gauge, but if someone feels like sharing then they should go for it. Im particularly interested in say... sizes 8g and up. Just because you dont like the term gauges doesnt mean you dont understand what im saying, because you obviously DO understand.

im only at 8g, im gonna get my other ear pierced at 12g then go to 8g and then once theyre the same im getting a 4g and 2g taper. and probably gonna stay there

 

5/8th soon moving up, 10 g hood. Better? And no gauges isn't the correct term when you're talking about the entire body either. Just ask who has stretched piercings.

 

this. if you ask who has gauges, you're asking who has any piercings whatsoever. every piercing has a gauge.
on a different note, my ears are 4g. and not planning to go any higher.

 

i used to have my ears at 3/4 but i took them out for prom and never put them back in,
at times i miss them.


but unfortunately there's not an option for 'had them at one time' in the poll

 

Ok, I didnt think it was such a big deal. Where I live I have NEVER heard any ask about stretched piercings. They only ask what gauge it is. And they call stretched piercings GAUGES.

 

How much did they shrink after you took em out???

I always repeat this but since I recently made em bigger, slightly, I have the bottommost on my right ear at 1.2mm or 000g my two other in my right ear are at 2g, more or less, and my left ear has one at 6g

 

the left one ripped in the back but the front is back to normal. i could still probably fit about a 6 in that one (if i stretched the front out).

in the right one it didn't shrink too much, i can still hold it open and you can see through it. i could probably fit about a four or a two in there.


do mind you, i took them out 2 years ago...
and i think this is the most they're going to go down.

 

correction my middle hole is closer to 0g but somewhenre in the middle there

 

my ears are stretched to 4's and 8's. i had 2's but i lost them and i bought new 2's that are double flared and they are wooden but i can't get them in haha. i won't go any higher than a 0 though

 

In my ears, 7/16" lobes, 6g and 12g second holes. I wear titanium circular barbells or captives in my second holes, I have my trademark white acrylic spirals in my bottom lobe hole.

 

I'm on a 0 now...
