so im thinkin of tryin this... but i wanna no some stuff. whats the standard dose to try for ur first time with no opiate tolerance? does it show up in drug tests? if so for how long? i need reliable answers because all sites people controdict theirselves.
this is coming from someone in the uk, and ive never had to have a drug test or anythin, but this is my understandin: methadone *doesnt* convert to morphine in your body. most standard drug tests for opiates test for the presence of morphine. so the standard test shouldnt pick up meth. but it seems, particularly in the US, that people being tested are being tested for a reason, and that reason may include monitoring meth use. so there are tests that would catch it. as for dosage: meth is a fairly hardcore opiate to fuck with if you have *no* tolerance. ive heard of people being FUCKED off 1 ml/mg. i'd say start with 5-10 just be safe. remember this shit lasts up to 36 hours. if it doesnt agree with you, or makes you ill, thats a long time to feel shit. make sure friends know what youve done and that youre around people. and DONT drink until you know you can handle the high. when i made medium tolerance, and was smoking H every other day or so, 32 mg of meth would fuck me nicely. be careful dude, good luck...

look at erowid.com and you will get true and reliable information on methadone and most other drugs..... what I can tell you is that it is a good pain medication, will get you loaded if that is what you are aiming for....and it will definitely get you hooked and is a bitch to kick....good luck

like dude above said it will sneak up..i took a whole wafer back when they were easy to find and didnt feel shit 2 hrs later so i took another whole wafer..each wafer is 40mg..so 80 mg...still didnt feel shit went to bed the next morning i woke up and couldnt get out of bed to go to work...i was stoned all damn day..now i use about 40mg when im dope sick and it makes me feel better but no high..id say start with 30mg..thats what the done clinic here starts you at
Hey With no opiate tolerance I'd start out with around a very small dose. It depends on your body type but I'd say 10 or 20 mgs to start. Also it normally takes around 2 hours or so to kick In,so as many others have said, do not re-dose. Just wait for the good times to begin.
I will second this, only time I saw this, I took two, and an hour later nothing, so I took 4 more. (not something I recomend) I got so sick, I had no idea what was going on. Made me only touch it once, be careful with it.
Years and years ago when I had no opiate tolerance a friend of mine gave me methadone, it was a single pill, and it fucked me up, but I dont know what the dose was. Im guessing it was 10mg's. I would start with 10, but be careful because it works in your system for so long that if you keep poppong them every couple hours because you dont feel anyrhing you will end up dead . This reason is why methadone is so strictly monitored by doctors and the government, they are easy to OD on.
If you have "no" opiate tolerance, please don't start with a dose over 15mg. Make sure to wait *at least* 3 hours to re-dose as 3 hours is the average time it takes for methadone levels to peak in ones blood. Don't re-dose more than 10mg at a time. Use caution, and be smart. Don't mix anything with it (besides pot, which is an amazing combo) if it's your first time. If you wanted to be extra safe then having someone with you at all times that knows exactly how much you took is an awesome idea! Make sure you look up the pills you get too, don't take the word of the dealer. Look them up yourself to make sure you know what you're getting and what strength. It is possible to test for methadone, but it takes a "special" test. I say special, but it's not that unique. You're standard 5-panel drug test isn't going to pick it up. Other than that... enjoy my friend. Methadone is an amazing drug with a super long half-life; which means it gets you fucked up for a really really long time. It also means withdrawals will last a life-time. They are fuckin' brutal, so respect the drug. PLUR
