I got picked up by some friends and we were about to smoke a blunt. I had already rolled it and it was in my hand. It was passed 12AM and we turned on into a school. Out of nowhere a cop turns his lights on and I quickly panic and swallow the whole blunt. The cop comes up to the car and turns hi flashlight on. He talks to the driver and turns his flashlight on me. He asks me to roll my window down and asks me some questions. He shines his light on my lap and sees the weed that fell from the blunt when I cracked it in half to swallow. He asks if there was any weed smoked and we all say no. I tell him about my cigarettes I have because I didn't care if I got a MIP ticket and he takes them. He tell everyone to get outta' the care and talks to me. He asks where the weed is and I say I don't know. Then he starts trying to get my drug dealers and I said I can't tell you that and he just leaves it at that. He searches the car and finds the drivers bowl. He takes it and asks for our names. All he gives the driver is a ticket for being out passed 12AM and let's us go. I don't know how we got to just leave but crazy night. Ended up smoking another blunt after lol.
why exactly did you think pulling onto school grounds at midnight with several people in one car to smoke weed was a good idea? i couldn't think of a better place to get caught. at least you got off easy. could have been a lot worse.
a bunch of my friends were at a party and the cops came and they had a big pile of bowls and bongs.....most of the people didnt even get a phone call home but the cops decided to pick on 2 kids that night.....thats messed up how they work
lol thats one of the worst spots you could ever pick to smoke bud at. your just asking to get arrested.
depending on where you live and if your 18 or over you just get 100$...same thing as a speeding ticket...no court, no record
