we have one at school every other tuesday... its great we get to leave school and go over tho the old abondoned highschool's gym for 2 hours its like the best thing ever oh and kids bomb threats are wrong (unless u can back the threat up )
that's right! because otherwise, they are lies. and lies are wrong. does it really happen that regularly? I mean, can you count on getting out early on those days?
Haha, our schools should have terror alert systems! Last week, someone tried to burn the school down, and now he's locked up for arson. Plus, people set off stink bombs everyday... it's crazy.
once, in elementary school, someone left an anonymous message saying they were going to bomb the school. everyone freaked and the school did the lockdown thing where everyone locks the doors and hides under the desks. brilliant. nobody realized then that if there really was a bomb, they were just locking up the kids in the building with it.
2 aprils ago (when the war in Iraq was starting to boil) and the tri-state area was on an orange alert, our high school had a fire drill but my history teacher thought we were going into a lock-down mode & we were the only ppl. who stayed inside the school while everyone else was outside. Tsk, tsk...
