i'm looking for any great books on or relating to LSD... fiction, experimental, informational, historical... give me your favorites.
I'm currently reeding "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas", it's about this reporter who gets paid to go to Las Vegas for a month to report on a motocross race. He spend a day at the race and 29 days on acid in Las Vegas.
both those 2 above are pretty much the shit---Fear and Loathing made me laugh out loud----if you want serious reading ---The Varieties of Psychedelic Experience---has all kinds of people explaining their trips seriously-------they had Priests take acid to see if their trip would be about God---shit like that---A Seperate Reality--by Carlos Castanada isnt about acid but magic powers you get behind drugs totally enjoyable if you like magic powers--and the occult kinda overlaps with tripping cas sooo much shit is possible behind Acid and shrooms
http://www.druglibrary.net/schaffer/lsd/books/belcont.htm the entire book is online. This is the story of the LSD underground. I have read all the books on the history of underground LSD manufacture/distribution but this is the best.
I'm gonna read The Electric Cool Aid Acid Tests soon. There's a movie coming out about it next year. I'm willing to bet the book is gonna kick it's ass so that's why I have to read it before I see the movie
Even "Alicke in Wonderland" has some good things in it. it's a sick book, you should give it a read sometime
